Code of Conduct

CHOSEN offers various means of communication and engagement by and among Members on its website, mobile app, and other online products (“Services”), which includes but is not limited to an online forum, groups, and online chats (“Online Engagement”). Members who participate in Online Engagement agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.

 

DO

​

  • Engage in a respectful and courteous manner;

  • Exercise common sense and courtesy;

  • Maintain content relevance (e.g., do not post about politics in a thread about jobs; do post about career opportunities in a jobs thread);

  • Make a reasonable effort to verify the accuracy of information prior to posting; and

  • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of others, which includes refraining from sharing personal, sensitive, or confidential information about other individuals, businesses, or organizations without their consent.

 

DON’T

  • DON’T post inaccurate, libelous, defamatory, harmful, harassing, intimidating, threatening, bullying, discriminatory, obscene, abusive, explicit, or otherwise offensive or illegal communications, materials, or information;

  • DON’T engage in deceptive practices or schemes intended to mislead other users, including creating fake accounts, misleading profiles, or distributing deceptive content;

  • DON’T impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;

  • DON’T interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services;

  • DON’T spam;

  • DON’T engage in any form of automated data collection or data mining without CHOSEN’s prior consent; and

  • DON’T act in an unlawful or unprofessional manner.
